'Tis the Season! Lebanon Holiday Celebration Saturday December 7th

'Tis the Season! 

Gather your family and friends together and join us for this festive ‘Tis the Season holiday celebration happening Saturday, December 7th from 2pm to 5pm in Downtown Lebanon. Come explore downtown Lebanon and celebrate winter and the holiday season with a pop-up Farmers’ Market, carriage rides, musical entertainment, crafts, refreshments, a tree lighting ceremony, visits with the Frozen Cast and Santa Claus. On Saturday, December 14, 2019, the Lebanon Police Department will be in front of Walmart at 285 Plainfield Road in West Lebanon hosting a “Stuff A Truck” event from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Pat Walsh Ice Rinks Status

The Lebanon Recreation & Parks Department, as well as community volunteers, are working hard to get the Ice Rinks located at Pat Walsh Park ready for the winter season. Want to be the first to know when the rink is ready? You can subscribe to receive ice rink status notifications by subscribing through our LebAlert system at LebAlert.Regroup.com. You can also text the phrase "join icerinks" to 30890 to subscribe from your mobile device (do not include the quote marks in the phrase "join icerinks").

Open Gym Basketball – HAS BEEN MOVED to Hanover Street School, Tuesdays 8pm – 10pm from now through May 19, 2020. 

Power Volleyball – Thursdays, starting December 5th through Feb 27th from 7:30pm to 9:00pm in the SAU#88 Gymnasium. No Volleyball on December 12th and Dec 26th. Call 603-448-5121 for access code.

K-4th Grade North Pole Calling – Ho, Ho, Ho!! Children in grades K-4 can have a special call from Santa himself this season! Complete a registration form online at LebanonNH.com/Register. Register by December 9th for a call on December 11th. 

Whaleback Afterschool Tuesdays – January 7th to February 11th from 2:35pm to 6:15pm at Whaleback Ski Area. Grades 5-8 spend Tuesdays after school at Whaleback taking ski/snowboard lessons or exploring Whaleback’s trails and terrain park! Register online at LebanonNH.com/Register by Friday, December 13th.  Only 3 spots remaining as of 12/3/19. 

Storrs Hill Lessons – Ages 4 to Adult at Storrs Hill Ski Area.  Operated by the Lebanon Outing Club, Storrs Hill Ski Area provides lessons for all ages and abilities in both Skiing and Snowboarding, as well as Racing/Ski Jumping (ages 7-18), Telemark Lessons (12+), Freestyle Team (7+) and Light Backcountry Skiing (18+). Register online at LebanonNH.com/Register by December 16th. 

Shamrock Shuffle – March 14th, 2020; We are four months out and counting! Registration is open just go to LebanonNH.gov/Shamrock5K for more information and to sign up.
