Landfill Punch Cards For Sale at Local Merchants July 1st

To increase the availability of purchasing landfill punch cards, Lebanon Landfill punch cards will be available for purchase at the following local merchant locations beginning July 1st:

  • Lavalley’s Building Supply
  • West Lebanon Feed and Supply
  • Jake’s Market (Lebanon location). 

Punch cards purchased at vendor locations will be blue in color and a small $1.00 convenience fee will be charged at these venues. Landfill punch cards will continue to be offered at Lebanon City Hall without a convenience fee.

Please also note that beginning August 1, 2019, landfill punch cards will no longer be available for purchase at either of Lebanon’s public libraries.

Lebanon Community Power Awarded $75,000 Grant 

On Tuesday, June 18, 2019, the New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA) awarded the City of Lebanon a $75,000 tax credit grant to aid in the development and launch of Lebanon Community Power, a municipal aggregation program being created by the Lebanon Energy Advisory Committee (LEAC) under the direction of the City Council.

Summer Concert Series Begins with Rain Location for Tonight

The Summer Concert Series is back in full swing on Colburn Park with free concerts performed by nationally renowned and Grammy-nominated artists happening every Monday and Thursday evening beginning at 7:00pm throughout the summer. Please Note: Tonight's Front Porch Concert with Eli Paperboy Reed will be held at the Lebanon Opera House at 7:00pm.

Lebanon Food Truck Festival Happening this Friday & Saturday

Tickets are selling quickly for the Lebanon Food Truck Festival on Friday, June 21st and Saturday, June 22nd! Come on out to support the food trucks, hear music by Rylee Preston, Brooks Hubbard Band, and The Tricksters Band and purchase drinks from Salt hill Pub, all while raising funds for park development right here in Lebanon and West Lebanon! Limited tickets are available and pre-registration is encouraged. Free can coolers will be given to the first 1,000 tickets sold! Purchase your tickets online today at LebanonNH.gov/Register

Name the LPD Mascot

The Lebanon Police Department has commissioned BAM Mascots to create our first Lebanon Police Department Mascot! We’ve chosen the design of a police working K9 as a tribute to our hard working police K9s and their handlers. The LPD Mascot will make frequent appearances at community engagement events, schools, and other community activities.

The Lebanon Fire Department would like to remind residents about the permitted use of portable grills as well offer some fire safety tips related to grilling. Summertime grilling is fun but let's remember to be careful!
