National Ride of Silence - Wednesday, May 15th 6:30 pm
Every spring, thousands of cyclists at hundreds of locations throughout the world participate in an annual "Ride of Silence" in honor of those who have been injured or killed while cycling on public roadways. The ride also seeks to raise awareness that cyclists have a legal right to the public roadways and to ask automobile drivers to share the road respectfully with one another.
Meet by Omer and Bob's by 6:15 pm, Ride Speed is 8-12 MPH for a 10.22 mile ride in a single file line. Helmet, flashers and waiver are all required.
