Man Arrested for Burglary

John Odoherty

On February 17, 2022 at approximately 2:23AM, the Lebanon Police Department responded to a burglary alarm at Salt Hill Pub in West Lebanon. Upon arrival, responding Officers discovered an open door. Officers entered the building and located a male standing behind the bar.

The male subject was identified as John Odoherty, age 55, of Rumney, New Hampshire. Odoherty complied with Officers and was taken into custody. 

Odoherty was charged with Burglary, a Class A Felony. Odoherty was also charged with Theft, a Class B Felony, based on two prior convictions. Odoherty refused the services of a Bail Commissioner and was transported to the Grafton County House of Corrections, pending Grafton County Superior Court arraignment on February 18, 2022.
