On June 10, 2020 at approximately 5:07 PM, Lebanon Officers responded to the area of Plainfield Road for a report of a male driving a white Honda Accord who displayed a firearm to another driver during a road rage incident.
Officers located the vehicle and conducted a high-risk motor vehicle stop in the Burger King parking lot. The operator of the Honda Accord was identified as Walker Albrecht, age 20, from White River Junction, Vermont.
A black pistol, which was later determined to be a pellet gun, was located inside the glove box. A witness also reported seeing Albrecht firing the pellet gun at the victim’s vehicle during the incident.
Albrecht was charged with Criminal Threatening with a Deadly Weapon, a Class B Felony, and Reckless Conduct, a Class A Misdemeanor. Albrecht was released on personal recognizance bail with a Grafton County Superior Court date of July 15, 2020.
