LebConnect (Report An Issue)

LebConnect (powered by SeeClickFix) helps residents reach the City online or via their smart device to request services or get help fixing issues. To get started, choose a category below that best describes the type of request you would like to submit. You will then be taken to our LebConnect portal where you will be asked to enter the location of the issue, add an image (if you have one), and type in a description of the issue. Simply follow the prompts and submit! Your request will automatically be routed to the staff member or department best suited to assist you. 

As this system is not monitored 24/7, any issues related to public safety or those requiring immediate attention (wires or tree limbs down, etc.) should be reported directly to the Lebanon Police non-emergency line at 603-448-1212. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response to requests submitted online.

Please also be aware that some request categories will direct you to areas outside of LebConnect, such as NH Fish and Game or Employee Complaints, in order to connect you to the service that best meets your needs. 

If you do not see a category that relates to your issue, please use the "Other" category, and a staff member will ensure it's assigned to the appropriate department for follow-up. Please contact the City Manager's Office if you have questions or concerns about this portal.
