Proclamation by Governor John H. Lynch
On July 4, 2011, Governor John Lynch issued the following proclamation stating, "The City of Lebanon has been repeatedly recognized as the finest small city to live in, providing a high quality of life for all citizens through quality services, strong schools, and a close-knit community atmosphere; [producing] leaders in politics, medicine, academia and industry who have shared their talents with the State of New Hampshire, the nation, and the world."
